BTS RM, first update after deployment,
"I hope our relationship continues"
BTS RM (real name Kim Nam-joon) gave an update on his current situation.
On the 11th, BTS member RM sent Lunar New Year greetings to fans while serving in the military. RM shared his current status on the fan platform, saying, "ARMYs, how are you doing? I am also adjusting well to my home base."
RM said he was doing well, eating rice cake soup, and added, "I have to spend another Lunar New Year before I can see you all, but I'm making the most of my time. I believe it will be another opportunity for learning and experience."
He touched the hearts of fans around the world by sending New Year's greetings to his fans, saying, "I hope our relationship continues and I wish you a Happy New Year!"
Fans are going crazy with reactions such as “It’s lonely to spend Lunar New Year without BTS,” “Thank you for always coming to tell me what’s going on,” and “I’m glad you’re doing well.”
RM enlisted in the army as an active-duty soldier in December last year and entered the Nonsan Army Training Center in South Chungcheong Province with V, drawing attention. He was then selected as an elite trainee and assigned to the Army's 15th Infantry Division in Hwacheon, Gangwon-do.

I ate rice cake soup, rested a bit because it was Lunar New Year, and am living well.
